The story unfolds in Paris in 1789, where tyrannical aristocrats are destroying their lower-class countrymen. This chaos has to end, and Arno will play no small part in ending it. He has found out who is behind the war, and he is determined to put a stop to the killing of brother by brother.
Once you download Assassin's Creed Unity for free, you will not just witness convincing historical events that decide France's fate, you will take part in them directly. And the word "you" is more fitting than ever here. Alongside a gripping single-player campaign, the developers have built an addictive co-op mode for 4 players, so now you can enjoy the skills of several headstrong assassins at once.

- 18th-century France is portrayed very convincingly, both visually and culturally. Everything looks more realistic than ever. You will see the country of that era from all sorts of angles as you complete various contracts, investigate murders, go treasure hunting and explore catacombs, castles and the homes of ordinary people.
- The world is open and enormous, so you can take in the beauty of Paris to your heart's content. Still, don't stray from your objective. You have complete freedom in how you achieve it, thanks to precise control over your hero's movement, reworked parkour mechanics and a large selection of outfits and weapons.
- The game has a new skill tree that lets you develop Arno in every direction and create unique combat combos for him. On top of that, the stealth system has been improved, the combat mechanics have been reworked and special new ways to use crowds have been added.
