Terms of Use

Effective date: October 14, 2026

By using Koyso, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the service

Koyso publishes information about PC games for Windows, including descriptions, system requirements, installation notes and links to files hosted by third-party file hosts. Koyso does not host game files on its own servers.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for making sure that downloading, installing and using any game is lawful where you live. If you enjoy a game, we encourage you to buy it and support its developers.

Third-party links

Download links and sponsored links lead to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or the files they serve. Scan downloaded files with an up-to-date antivirus before you run them.

Comments and messages

When you post a comment or send us a message, you agree not to post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam, and not to include links. We may edit, refuse or remove any comment at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the site, attempt to access its admin area or data without permission, or use automated tools to scrape it in a way that harms its performance.

Intellectual property

Game names, cover art, screenshots and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the games. Rights holders can request removal through our DMCA page.

No warranty

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information is complete or accurate, or that links will always work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koyso is not liable for any damage, data loss or other harm that results from using the site or any file or website it links to.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
