Remedy did not sit on the sidelines either and announced its new project, Control, at the conference. This time the developers pleasantly surprised their fans with a completely new take on adventure that only slightly resembles Quantum Break but looks noticeably better. Now all that is left is to wait for the release, which is set for 2019.
At E3 the developer even shared the first trailer, which offers a lot more to look at. First, it showed pure gameplay packed with all kinds of details. Second, the adventure now puts its main focus squarely on weaponry. In the trailer, the heroine did incredible things with her pistol. She not only destroyed her enemies but also blew up various projectiles, levitated and even moved objects around. The story was not left out either: it now centers on the heroine fighting otherworldly forces and saving people from certain death.
You will be able to download Control for free only after release. Do not expect the game before the announced year; just be patient. We are sure this new adventure will be far more enjoyable and interesting than the studio's previous projects.
