Just do not let your guard down, because you will need quick reflexes and will have to do everything you can to earn a chance at survival.
Survive Your Own Way
One of the survival sim's big strengths is that you are free to choose how you survive. You can simply scavenge and comb through every abandoned house. You can head out to Vostok and try to haul valuable finds back from there, though your odds of making it out alive are very slim. Nothing stops you from trading and trying to make a living that way, and so on. There are many paths to take, along with plenty of competition, emergencies and other trouble. You will have to account for all of it, keep pushing for good results and gradually get what you want.
That is exactly the kind of adventure that makes for a great time. But remember that nothing is more valuable than your life. You have to protect it and do everything you can to keep it, and if a fight is forced on you, fight to the very end. Once you have the game, you are ready to start the journey.
