Kingdom Rush Origins is the latest installment in the popular tower defense series. This time you travel back into the past, lead an army of elves and defeat all sorts of enemies.
Plenty of people might assume that yet another entry is unlikely to bring anything new or interesting, since they have seen it all before. The developers have very different plans, however, and they manage to surprise their players once again. The gameplay has been refreshed a bit: you get to try out new possibilities, upgrade your towers, recruit archers and, of course, put brand-new abilities to use.
The biggest novelty, though, is that you now play on the side of the elves, and that brings a whole lot of fresh, interesting things into the gameplay.
