The Complex: Expedition is a first-person psychological horror game inspired by the legend of the Backrooms. You set out on an expedition into a faceless maze of corridors where the dread builds with every step and reality itself starts to fall apart at the seams.
Alone, but Never Truly Alone
Separated from your group, you're left by yourself in endless halls where the air hums and the lights flicker as if the Complex itself were watching. You have no weapons and no way out, and your only ally is your VHS camera, which records everything that happens.
Every playthrough is unique, with the entrances, details and turns all changing. There are no familiar scares here, only creeping tension and the feeling of someone's eyes on you. The story comes together in fragments, and the ending depends on what you see, and who.
