Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is a remake of the first-person shooter that retells the legendary story of the toughest special response unit around. These soldiers take on missions all over the globe, and now they are ready to bring you along for their hardest job yet: stopping a terrorist threat that could eventually spiral into a world war.
You can download Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for free on PC and start taking on missions right away. The squad operates with only a handful of people, so you will need every skill you have and the ability to react quickly to whatever is happening around you.
Smarter Enemies, Deeper Gunsmithing
The biggest selling point of this shooter is its reworked enemy AI. Opponents are much harder to take down now: they duck behind cover, try to flank and surround you, and even use the environment to their advantage. At times they get so unpredictable that you will find yourself scrambling for a way off the battlefield. Weapon tuning deserves its own mention, too, since it goes well beyond a small set of attachments. Any gun can be fully upgraded and rebuilt to suit almost any kind of firefight.
You will head out on dozens of combat missions around the world, fighting not only through city streets but also in the mountains, across deserts and aboard drifting ships. Your team will be heroes nobody will ever hear about, yet your work is guaranteed to save the world and restore order. This fast-paced, large-scale shooter is waiting for its new recruits.
